The staff were excellent and the location very convenient, but the instructions for the door lock system need better attention, though it was very secure.

You can walk to Rome from this hotel (though it’s more of an individual location), but there’s 24/24 noise that seems to be from a vacuum or ventilation system, which is extremely annoying; earplugs are mandatory, and the rooms are above two bar‑restaurants.

The location was great, but the room was never serviced during our three‑night stay, so we never got replacement amenities or clean towels. There was a tiny bin, a shower floor that took ages to drain, a towel rack that would detach from the wall, and a bathroom cabinet that wasn’t properly attached. The bed headboard was uncomfortable and made it hard to sit up. There was no kettle, cups, or teabags, and Netflix didn’t work. Not worth the money.

The owner was very welcoming and you get a 10 % discount if you dine at his restaurant. The place is beautiful and the area is quiet, no chaos. I was only 100 m from San Saba Medica and then had lunch with the B&B owner, which was excellent. Forgot to mention there’s a large municipal parking lot just 50 m away.

Struttura centralissima, tutto nuovo e molto curato, pulizia top, con personale super disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente! Sono stati veramente squisiti!. Tutto perfetto, peccato per l’aria condizionata che nn funzionava…
