I chose the accommodation for its location; the exterior looked charming, but the room was very basic and the bathroom was a wet room with the toilet positioned beyond the shower, so after showering I couldn’t reach the toilet without slipping or wearing shoes, which left footprints all over the room. No toilet roll was supplied, even though full toiletries were advertised. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and upon arrival no one guided us to the shared kitchen or explained how it worked. The staff were sleeping on the couch when we arrived and again the next morning when we checked out.

The location is good, the room was clean and had a nice aesthetic, but the customer service was poor and the room was not very spacious.

The room was moldy and I couldn’t breathe, so I asked to move to another room. All rooms but one were moldy, so I paid extra to switch to the only clean one. The sheets and towels were dirty. The next day I found a different place at half the price that was clean, friendly, and in a great location.
