The staff were wonderful and meticulous. The space for NGO events and other activities was very pleasant and well organized. The first floor is accessible to people with mobility impairments.

The downstairs common areas were spacious, and the green space had plenty of windows and plants, with a nice surrounding environment. However, we booked a private shower that was a mess: no curtain, so water splashed everywhere, and we couldn’t use the toilet afterward. There were no tools to mop the bathroom floor, and guests were expected to remove their shoes, yet the common areas and kitchen got dirty from cooking and eating, making self‑cleaning impossible—we couldn’t even locate a dustpan. The dishwasher was broken, and the kitchen lacked essential items—there was no frying pan, only two pots, etc. The acoustics in the common areas were terrible.

I found the place a bit refreshing.

The new building was clean and tidy, and you can walk past it. Yet I felt the room wasn’t fully equipped, the stairs to the second floor were very unsafe, there was no ventilation on the second floor so it was hot, and the windows had no fly screens.
