We exceeded our expectations! Every year we come to Milan and stay at the Quadrilátero. Armani is modern, the spa is superb, the staff are very friendly, and it’s the best place I’ve ever been! I also visited the amazing boutique and updated my wardrobe.

Honestly, nothing. I paid a five‑star price, but what I got was far from worth even half that amount. Even today I’m trying to figure out what “five stars” really means. Where do I start? It’s a five‑star hotel with no air conditioning in most rooms, in the middle of August! You pay a huge sum expecting comfort, only to have to open the windows to sleep, and then the insects come in. The bugs filled the room, we woke up covered in bugs, and it wasn’t just one night… two whole nights of the same misery. In short, you pay a five‑star rate to sleep in August with the windows open, and you and your family become a buffet for insects. The hotel talks about millions spent on renovations, great, but the question is: where did it go? The simplest thing a guest needs in August—a comfortable, air‑cooled room—was not provided. Then the restaurant added to the experience. After the billing issue and the way it was explained, I reviewed the receipts and found that what was said didn’t match what I saw. When I asked the staff about it, instead of a clear explanation, they asked if I wanted her to lose her job! I came to a five‑star hotel, not to audit my bills and try to understand what was charged and why. I left feeling like I was being mocked from start to finish. For me, the experience was catastrophic: overpriced, most rooms without AC, insects and bugs, and a restaurant experience that completely shattered my confidence in the place. If it were less than a star, I’d have chosen that. I can’t return or recommend it. Save your money, your nerves, and go somewhere else.

The service was good, but the tram noise was clearly audible inside the room.
