The room was spacious, spotless and fully equipped, with a firm yet comfortable bed; breakfast choices were limited but sufficient, and the hotel was only about a ten‑minute drive from the airport, surrounded by many massage parlors, within walking distance of Niman One/MAYA, and close to numerous currency exchangers and eateries, making the location extremely convenient. Occasionally a plane would roar overhead, but it was tolerable.

The location was ideal for activities and dining, and getting to the hotel from the airport was easy with available rides. The staff were fantastic, assisting with everything we needed or answering questions. Breakfast was delicious with many options; our favorite was the chicken and waffle. The room was huge—larger than expected, which was great. The only negative was that the pool towels were placed near the pool area inside the room, a detail we only discovered when we were by the pool with the shower towels (which we didn’t end up using). Additionally, the pool had a strong chlorine smell.
