Everything about this lodge was amazing, and there was nothing at all that could be improved; it was a beautiful place.

“Lovely stay”

The host was lovely and answered every question quickly before our arrival, the lodge felt very homely and had local treats left in the room, the location was perfect for us with walks right from the lodge, it was quiet and peaceful, and we’ll definitely return.

“Exceptional host, amazing views”

We loved everything about this property; the host was amazing, she did regular check‑ins to make sure we had what we needed, the room was immaculate, very cosy, and the temperature was perfect all the time; while attending a nearby festival, the covered seating and area by the door let us leave muddy boots out without them getting wet in the rain, and we had amazing views of the thunderstorm—if the sun had been out we would have loved to sit outside; the only thing missing that could have helped was a toaster.

“Perfect for our visit!”

The room was lovely with super cosy bedding and a large shower, parking right outside was really convenient, and the bottle of fresh milk was a nice touch; the location was quiet and peaceful, overlooking a pond, and Angela greeted us warmly on arrival; the fridge and microwave were also very handy since we brought breakfast supplies; it was great value for money and we would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

“One to try out !”

The place was ideally situated for the attractions we wanted to visit, and one touch that I have never experienced on any stay was the complimentary gluten‑free products provided for us, especially since I’m gluten intolerant—well done! There was nothing else to note.
