The staff were super friendly, which made up for the hotel's somewhat run-down appearance. It's clear that they're doing their best to keep the place tidy, but it's still showing its age. Still, the staff's warmth and helpfulness made our stay a lot more enjoyable.

We were blown away by the owner's kindness and flexibility - they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The price was an absolute steal, but we should've done our research and realized it was a shared accommodation for backpackers. That being said, it's not the owner's fault we didn't know what we were getting into.

If you're lucky, the host might even let you feed the animals, which was a total highlight for us. The ducks, chickens, and friendly bulldogs were all super friendly and eager to meet us. It's a really special experience that's worth looking out for.

The owners were absolute angels - so caring, helpful, and accommodating. The exterior grounds were like stepping into a quirky museum, with all sorts of weird and wonderful collectibles on display. We were really impressed by their hospitality and the unique atmosphere of the place.
