“It was great!”
The rates were fair, but they forgot to include an ice bucket.

The only perk was the proximity to the mall and two other nearby facilities. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready until about 5:00 p.m., even though we were told it would be available at 4:00 p.m.; they offered us a bag of famous Amos cookies to make up for the delay. No attempt was made to prorate the room or give a discount, and the breakfast was awful—everything was overcooked, stale, and sloppy.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good, plus it was close to Dulles. I just wish there were coffee makers in the rooms.

The location was fine, but the fitness center advertised on the website was nonexistent; the front desk seemed indifferent when I pointed out the discrepancy.

The location matched my expectations, but there was no signage on the road, so I’d have been lost without GPS. The room was sparse: a small fridge, basic bathroom items, no coffee maker, no cups, no microwave, and a musty smell that wasn’t overpowering but unpleasant. After a few hours of AC running, the odor faded. Breakfast was underwhelming, and coffee wasn’t available in the lobby until the 6 a.m. service began.
