“Do not stay here. We are both sick now from cockroaches and bedbugs”

We came down for my mother‑in‑law's funeral and it was the cheapest in town, but we have videos of 7 or 8 cockroaches climbing out of the microwave every time we tried to use it. They lived in the refrigerator and destroyed almost $300 worth of groceries. They were on the towel racks and toilet seat in the bathrooms, crawled on our dog while he slept, and when we flipped the mattress we found bed bugs. DO NOT STAY. I want a full refund.

“Terrible”

Nothing positive to say. A very rude worker named Ken refused to book us at all.

There were a lot of nearby activities, but crackheads were hanging out outside the facility, the room was supposed to be smoke‑free and it smelled like smoke and weed.

“Wonderful Stay”

The staff handled my last‑minute request with ease, and I appreciated the coffee that was always ready in the lobby. Unfortunately, several locks on the facilities were damaged or bypassed, which made me feel uneasy about security.
