The location was great for a quick stop in Lancaster; despite being above a bar on a Saturday night, the room was very quiet and we had a great night’s sleep. The room offered a lovely selection of complimentary snacks. Nothing else!

The location was fantastic, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean; I especially liked the complimentary breakfast basket you get too. I just wish there were a comfortable chair and more storage/shelves to put your belongings on/in.

The location was central with easy access to amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. Privacy. The staff being friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotless, the beds very comfortable and the shower was great. I also liked the welcome basket. The flowers on the outside window sill. The hotel is committed to an environmental friendly service
