The hotel has a charming feel, with warm décor and a quiet spot near an area of interest, plus a private parking lot. The room was extremely cramped—the smallest I've seen in Texas—and housekeeping only cleaned the bed and towels when I asked, which wasn't mentioned at check‑in. The view from the room was barely decent, the air conditioning made the place feel very cold, and there was no option to have breakfast.

The rooms and lobby were beautifully decorated, and they served free drinks during happy hour. The location was odd, tucked between private homes, one of which kept chickens and roosters that were quite noisy in the morning.

The suburban customer service was excellent, with clear communication, spotless and cozy rooms, and meticulous care in the restoration work—everything was perfect!
