None. They did not let us check in after we paid online. We waited for 4 hours in the hotel but no one was assisting us. No one was replying to the call and email, even the fb page. They know that we have a minor child, but still, they did not accommodate us thats why we end up looking for walk-in hotels. Too bad and very inconsiderate. Zero stars! Paid booking ignored, 4-hour wait, no assistance. Unacceptable treatment, especially with a minor child." 2. "Disappointing experience! Booking confirmation not honored. Poor communication."
