The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place sits nicely near the lake, it's clean, quiet and comfortable, the onsite restaurant offers good value and a decent breakfast, and the setting among trees is lovely.

Activities for children were good and with animals close to the water. Toilets were in very worn condition and the toilet brush had poop on the handle. Curtains were transparent so they couldn't be closed for sun in the room, making it very bright. The breakfast buffet was truly disappointing; we are definitely not picky but the bread was so dry and there was no bacon for the English breakfast, and the quality of some items was poor, making it feel like a discount buffet.
