The workers were friendly, especially at reception and the hotel entrance. The shower was fantastic too. The Terrace Restaurant on the top floor had very slow service, and the staff seemed indifferent to hotel guests.

Very centrally located, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was somewhat Spartan for this standard.

The location and facilities were good, but the room service and housekeeping were terrible. Over five nights we only received amenities once, even though it’s supposed to be a five‑star hotel. The room cleaning was poor, trash was left uncollected, and they didn’t provide the two daily water bottles.

They took care of our car on arrival, the pool was small but very pleasant, the rooftop bar, the view, and the architecture were great. I was disappointed by the gym, which was a bit small and only moderately equipped. The restaurant was closed in August, so we couldn’t use it, which probably affected the breakfast.
