The location is good. The beds are uncomfortable, and the bathroom and room looked clean but neglected and old.

Everything was fine, close to the Sun, well commercial, and the Cuban lady was very kind. The room was very small and there was no electric kettle or tea maker at reception, which should be considered for basic guest service.

The location is excellent, the place is quiet, and the cleanliness is good. The receptionist’s information was unclear, and there was an abrupt price change when I tried to book twice with a 15‑day difference.

The bathroom was more than adequate and the overall condition of the room and hallway on the floor was fine. The common areas of the property were quite degraded, there was no elevator, and the constant hum of the neighbors’ air‑conditioners in the courtyard was audible, with poor sound insulation. The bedroom window had only a fully opaque curtain, so you either left it open and were exposed or closed it and no natural light came in. There was no wardrobe or dresser for comfortable storage (I stayed 6 nights); only a couple of narrow shelves for underwear, a coat rack at the entrance, a high shelf where I put my suitcase with visible hangers, and two small tables. The pillows were very hard, there was no desk for work, the front desk staff were quite dry, and they charge €1 for leaving a bag after checkout.
