Everything was awful; the owner is a con. We booked the room 10 days ahead and told him our flight landed at 9:00 PM, so we’d arrive between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. He stayed silent until the last day, then denied us check‑in, saying the place was fully booked and there was no room for us because of our late arrival. We strongly advise against dealing with him—he’s a scammer who didn’t even refund the booking fee, city tax, or cleaning fee we already paid. We plan to contact the Naples municipality, tax authorities, and other agencies to force him to refund the money for this unlawful refusal to honor a paid reservation. If you want to avoid sudden, major problems with your accommodation and booking, steer clear of this listing—we mean it.

Friendly staff. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work for me. My room was too far from the router, so I had to use my own data.

“location was good but the stay was really bad”

The location is just that. Everything else was uncomfortable. The bed was bad. The photos on the site were misleading; there was no breakfast, the bathroom didn’t work, and there was no Wi‑Fi; the guy was rude.

The location. The room was inside the host’s apartment (unspecified), the bathroom was shared, and the service was terrible because our clothes were left in the room and were not returned even when we asked.
