The only thing we liked were the plants and palm trees around the hotel. The room was poorly cleaned and garbage was left on the floor after housekeeping. The staff were unfriendly and kept watching us in the restaurant. Most seriously, dust and debris fell from a picture above our bed into our eyes and our child’s eyes during the night. We are very disappointed with the service.

We liked the hotel’s location and the reception staff were very friendly. The value for money was good. The exterior of the property is nicely designed, everything is blooming and it feels cozy. The beds weren’t very comfortable, the food was almost the same every day and not very good, and the cleanliness was not very good.

I was enchanted by the location, but the breakfast and dinner could use improvement; we knew it wouldn't be great and it didn't really affect our satisfaction, just a pity.

We stayed four times because the location and atmosphere are wonderful—pure relaxation. The food in the half‑board option isn't very varied, but you can always find tasty dishes.

The only highlight was the sunset view. The shower clogs after just a couple of minutes, the bed makes noise with any movement, the TV is a tiny iPhone 14 Pro-sized screen from far away, the meals (breakfast and dinner) include pasta with chickpeas… avoid it, the Wi‑Fi doesn't work, there are stains on the walls, the room was very dirty and we had to cut our stay short because it was unlivable.
