A stunning hotel tucked among the firs, very quiet, and Mrs. Maria was exceptionally kind and helpful. ===REVIEW 4<|message|>Staying at the hotel inside Chitose Airport made it easy to drop off the rental car on the way home and spend a night while exploring the domestic‑flight food mall; they even upgraded our room this year, and the large onsen bath was clean and pleasant. ===REVIEW 5<|message|>Great location, close to Uzhon and all the shops, plus there’s a café right on the first floor. ===REVIEW 6<|message|>Peaceful atmosphere. ===REVIEW 7<|message|>The location was good and there were plenty of activities, but the staff gave confusing, contradictory information, the room door was broken, the air‑conditioner failed and the power went out. ===REVIEW 8<|message|>Breakfast was fine, though the restaurant was closed for dinner, which we were told about two days in advance; we also had no hot water, so the shower was icy cold.

The hosts were very courteous, the room was spotless, the view was fantastic, the room and bathroom were spacious, everything was wonderful, and the breakfast was very nice; when we visit Karpenisi again it will definitely be our first choice, we had a great time, thank you very much.
