The owner Manju and his family were the most beautiful and helpful people I’ve met. The property features brand‑new rooms at the back of the family home, surrounded by a very clean and inviting pool. Out of the nine accommodations I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka, Manju and his family were the best hosts. Nothing negative—an outstanding experience.

Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable; the hosts were very friendly. All was great, except that it was a bit too loud in the evening because some parties were happening in the corner. Otherwise, it was very clean.

Our stay was fantastic! From the start we felt warmly welcomed, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and meticulously cared for, and most importantly it didn’t smell damp, which is common in that area. The pool is always a plus! The location in Ahangama is perfect, ideal for enjoying the area and moving around easily. The hotel’s atmosphere is calm and cozy, perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay again and recommend it 100%. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We stayed 8 nights; the hotel is very close to the beach, which is very convenient. After extending our stay for 4 days we moved to a room on the upper floor, which we found even nicer. The room was tidy with good facilities and a nice clean bathroom. There’s even a kitchenette by the patio that you can use, including a fridge. Bottles of water are refilled in the fridge daily – very convenient! The only downside is the train that passes right by the hotel; we had to get used to it, and we expect the owner will eventually come up with an isolation wall or something similar. The sound of the passing train is quite intense.
