I slept a fantastic night at this hotel and left with a great impression. The place feels modern, pleasant, and well kept. My room was clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The highlight, without doubt, is the breakfast area on the top floor, offering a stunning panoramic view of Bursa and the surrounding mountains—a lovely spot to start the day. The breakfast itself was good, with a varied selection of fresh, tasty items. I would just suggest adding a few sweet options to the buffet. The location is convenient and the value for money is very satisfying. All in all, a superb experience that I would gladly recommend, and I won’t hesitate to return on my next Bursa trip.

“Furchtbar”

The hotel is so dirty. The lobby and elevator are the cleanest parts of the hotel. The towels don’t absorb water. The soap leaves a film that can’t be rinsed off. The bedding was dirty with lots of short fuzz on it. I had a room on the very top floor of the 4th floor.

The housekeeping was solid, but the hotel felt lifeless, the staff weren't very friendly, and both the room and the building were dimly lit.

The location and parking were great, and it’s crucial that the morning prayer isn’t audible. The breakfast was average.
