The welcome was pleasant and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was varied, balanced, with vegan and gluten‑free options. The bathroom quality was low, and we could hear trains in the room and at breakfast.

The hotel’s location is close to the metro and train station. When I left my room for cleaning, the service was superficial; the sheets were wrinkled and it seemed the cleaning was not thorough.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Paris Nord train station and right next to Chateau Landon metro station, with a sufficient continental breakfast buffet. The compact IBIS‑style triple room had comfortable beds. Because our room faced the side of Paris‑Est train station, we were woken several times at night by trains entering and braking; the fruit selection at breakfast was limited and there was no decaf coffee.
