“Horrible escapar”
We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The photos are completely misleading - we were put in a room that smelled like mildew, and when we asked to change, we got another room with the same problem. In the middle of winter, they just offered to bring in air fresheners. The bathroom was gross and the sheets were dirty. We ended up leaving and losing our deposit.
This site is a complete rip-off. When we arrived, they refused to let us stay and basically kicked us out. Needless to say, we'll never be using this site again.
“It is fraud, the hotel said they are not tie up with fab hotel. And not accepting bookings”
This place is a total scam. They're just trying to rip people off with fake promises. Don't waste your time or money.
“Awesome stay”
I was really impressed with Hotel Wind Palace - the location is perfect for exploring the city without any hassle. My room was super relaxing and the food was surprisingly good. It's clear they care about quality and making things easy for guests. I'd definitely stay here again.
