Location is good. I book room online and I paid money online but when I going there manager asked extra money rs-500 he force to me extra 500 and he said if you don't give money I will not give you room and after I paid money when i checkout he said to me next time not coming here if you booking online and offline iam not give you room very bad staff and every time asking extra money I book room 3 time this month and 3 time manager asked extra money

Despite the friendly receptionist, my room was a mess - dirty and noisy. The lack of cleanliness was glaringly obvious, and the bed sheets hadn't been changed. It was a shame, really, because with a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a gem.

While the staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, the room itself was a different story. It was old and musty, with a malfunctioning TV and switches that didn't work. The cleanliness was also lacking, and it was clear that the hotel needed a bit of a revamp.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. I felt like I was in a paradise and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
