The staff were very willing to meet our requests. The bedroom had not been heated in advance, we ran into a faucet issue that couldn’t be fixed (no hot water in the bathroom basin), and the room description didn’t match reality—there was no desk or outlet near the bed.

The décor is very tasteful, the antique furniture is immaculate and very homely. The service is excellent, very kind and courteous! I liked everything!!!
