“Not a brilliant stay”
The staff were friendly, but we booked because the site claimed a 24‑hour desk and our bus landed at 1 am. Everyone was asleep when we arrived, so I had to crawl under the security gate and shout to get someone to let us in; they hadn’t even realized we’d booked. If you’re traveling solo and arrive late, I wouldn’t recommend this place – I’d feel way more nervous alone. When we finally got to the room, there were rat droppings and the bed, floor, and bathroom were unclean. Maybe they would have been tidy if they’d anticipated us, and I expected some compensation for the inconvenience, but they didn’t offer anything.
