I enjoyed the east and west side verandas for watching the sunrise and sunset. For the price of 100 per night the owners should do more to make guests comfortable, like replacing old bath mats, adding a kettle, and fixing the floor. The mosquito nets on the windows need replacement because there’s standing water nearby and the mosquitoes are terrible; they should also provide mosquito coils for nighttime. I came from St Ann with my hardworking husband, a farmer, for a short getaway to swim and snorkel, but we couldn’t swim in the ocean here because of the many boats, lines, and rocks. This should be mentioned on their page and the prices should reflect that. I was supposed to have a TV and didn’t. The grounds are well kept, but the rooms need upgrades such as fresh bath mats, nicer towels, a larger mirror in the washroom, new kitchen items, a table and chairs. The futon in the room has no cushioning and is unusable. The fan worked well, and watching the sunrise and sunset was fabulous. As a travel advisor I would recommend this property if changes are made.
