My girlfriend and I, who are in a long‑distance relationship and prone to anxiety, found the key‑in‑door system so convenient; we spent most of our time in the room watching TV without any hassle, creating great memories. I really appreciated the stay, having been there more than once already :) However, we closed the window at night and couldn’t open it afterward; it was a hot day and we had no spare key, so I was too anxious to ask the staff for help. It wasn’t a major issue with the hotel, just wishing a spare key might have been useful in such a heat.
