Overall, what impressed me most was its prime location, the cleanliness from the reception to the toilets and rooms, the food was tasty and varied to suit all tastes, the swimming pool, spa, and everything else were very well organized, making it truly deserving of 7 stars and more. The only downside for me was the lack of plates, forks, and knives in the room, plus no snacks or fruit available during the day.

The location and the hotel facilities are nice 😊, and I didn’t find anything I disliked.

“If you have a reason to be around, it’s a good hotel. If not then there are better locations with modern designs.”

The place was clean and the facilities were nice, but the mattress was uncomfortable and the design felt outdated.

“Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service”

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Dubai. The hotel was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Aisha and Ahmed for their outstanding service, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They were always helpful and made sure everything was handled smoothly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the hospitality of the entire Conrad Dubai team. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai and highly recommend the hotel
