Agriturismo Marinello

The agriturismo is tucked into the hills of Val d’Orcia, right under Pienza. The room was extremely clean, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was nothing short of exceptional—an excellent place to stay for a few days to explore the valley. Some aspects of the room and services could be improved considering the price of the stay, but overall there were no negatives.

I only stayed for a single day because of my schedule, and it was so good that I wished for more time. The staff were incredibly friendly and communication was flawless. The room was far cozier, cleaner, and more comfortable than the photos showed. Dinner at the restaurant run by Marinelro was superb, and although the breakfast selection wasn’t huge, it was tasty and enjoyable. What stood out most was the clear night sky on a pleasant evening; stepping out near the entrance dimmed the lights and revealed even more stars, so my child and I had a great stargazing session. Even though it was just one night, it was a truly precious experience, and we’ve already planned to return around summer to swim and stay for about a week. The only downside was that the bathroom, while clean and good, had a toilet that was too high – my feet didn’t reach when sitting. Also, the lighting inside the accommodation made it harder to see the stars at night, which was a bit disappointing.

“Excelente lugar para recorrer la Toscana”

Everything was spot on – the staff’s attentiveness, the breakfast, the overall facilities, and the room itself, which offered a comfy view of Pienza. Watching the sunrise from that vista was breathtaking, and the restaurant was also excellent.

“ממליצים מאד בגלל המיקום, הניקיון והשקט”

המיקום מעולה מתחת לפיינצה כמה דקות נסיעה. שקט דממה. בריכה חמודה בנוף. נקי מאד. לשים לב שיש חדרים ויש דירות. הנוף הוא על העיירה פיינצה ממש יפה, אבל אין נוף פתוח למרחקים לאופק על השדות
