The staff were really good and the rooms were clean and comfy, but the pool was closed for maintenance when we arrived and we only found out then; it wasn’t mentioned during booking and we were still charged the full price. My kids were so excited for the pool, so at least that should have been communicated earlier.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and offered great breakfast options, but the pool was out of service. The hotel suggested a coupon for an alternate hotel, but it was too far to walk.
