Good bed and modern décor. Not reachable by car. Check‑in was unnecessarily complicated. The many automatic switches for the lights. Breakfast was limited.
“Soggiorno discreto”
The hotel is in the center, but Barolo itself is tiny. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. However, the room was not ready when we arrived; missing pillows and towels, which were later supplied. For the price I expected more attention, bigger rooms, a nice view, and a different welcome. A complimentary bottle of cold water, especially in this heat, would have been a nice touch, as is common in other places.
I always return to Elera Accommodation Luxury with great pleasure. The place is very clean, nicely decorated, and especially quiet. The rooms are very pleasant, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The welcome is always very warm. The ladies who run the hotel are kind, available, and very concerned with ensuring guests have the best possible stay. The location is also ideal for easily enjoying the city while finding a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere once back at the hotel. A very nice address, to which I remain loyal and recommend without hesitation.
“Luxusfeeling mit wenig Trubel”
We parked at Piazza Coobert and walked up the stairs in 3 minutes to the hotel. Because we were a bit late, we used the self‑check‑in and everything worked smoothly. We stayed alone in the room and a full breakfast was prepared just for us. Thanks a lot for the hospitality!
The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Barolo. The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. Still, since the place presents itself as luxury accommodation, I expected more detail. I had booked a birthday gift for my partner: a heart‑shaped cake and a Moscato. I was asked if that worked and told the price. When we arrived, the cake was on the table – a supermarket‑packaged cake still with price and packaging visible. Honestly, for the occasion and the level expected from a luxury spot, it looked awful. After about an hour, when we tried to eat it, the cake had melted completely. We couldn’t eat it because it was no longer presentable or enjoyable. The Moscato was warm, and the minibar was tiny, so the bottle couldn’t be cooled properly. In the end we didn’t eat either the cake or the Moscato. Aside from that, the people were very friendly and the property is indeed beautiful. Still, presented as luxury, I expected more care and attention, especially for a birthday present.
