The service from all the staff was very good, the food was very tasty. The rooms are a bit old, the TV is old, and the bathroom pipes sometimes had a leak. Overall it was very good, and the minibar was excellent.

The hotel is spacious, the grounds are well maintained, it has large pools and direct beach access, the room felt comfortable and the staff stayed friendly and attentive throughout our stay, yet despite the varied buffet choices, the themed restaurants’ food quality felt rather weak.

The food was very varied, the facilities were extremely clean and very comfortable. The hotel was well structured with daily maintenance, making it look always new and organized. The pool area was also spotless! We really enjoyed our stay! We liked everything.

The hotel was very complete, the food was tasty, and the beach was good too. They upgraded me to the premium room without me even asking. They know how to win a customer. There was no coconut water, even though there were several palm trees on the premises.
