Nothing to highlight; the staff and cleanliness were disappointing.

Nothing to praise; there were cockroaches everywhere, the fan was broken, no soap was supplied, and when we tried to book through the OYO site the reception wouldn’t accept us because the OYO price was lower; the staff were rude and overall it was a bad hotel and a bad experience.
