Everything just fit perfectly ☺️ The owner was super friendly and very informative 😁 The room was also great, and at breakfast we were served by the owner with the same friendliness ☺️ I can only recommend it ☺️

We only stayed one night, but the host was very nice, there was a garage for cars and bikes, the price‑performance was very good, and it was clean… I’d come back.

We liked the pleasant and quiet setting, the comfort, the cleanliness, the private parking spot, and the proximity of the bus to get to the center of Constance. Nothing else.

The location is good, with a bus stop just outside the residence offering regular connections to Konstanz city centre. They also provide a Bodensee West card that gives free city travel and discounts on other tickets. Underground parking is available. It’s a quiet place with friendly staff. The cleaner mistakenly threw away our plastic bag of laundry clothes, mistaking it for rubbish. I immediately brought it to the owner’s attention, but the garbage had already been collected and we couldn’t recover the clothes.

The owner’s availability: he gave us a lot of information about the surroundings. The place was clean and breakfast was excellent. Directly opposite is a bus stop that takes you to the city centre and to Mainau Island. It’s a bit hidden in the garden; we had trouble finding it because it wasn’t well signposted.
