Everything was almost perfect, but there are two issues I’d like to highlight for future improvement. First, the beds were extremely firm and, even though I asked for a double, they remained separate, which made our sleep very poor. Second, one afternoon we stayed in the room to rest while the host knocked twice, then tried to open our door with his key and knocked us down. The next day, we noticed the host had entered and found some items moved and the trash emptied—something that never happened before. Legally, the host should have contacted us before entering a paid room with personal belongings. Despite these problems, the host seemed genuinely kind, so I felt at ease, but this is not acceptable practice.
