The spot was great, but when we got there the front desk told us we had no reservation because they’d stopped working with the booking site – no heads‑up from either the hotel or the site. We ended up in a former “Rodope” room with a broken door. Breakfast was a smoking zone and the ventilation was awful, so we skipped the spa. Not something we'd do again.

Right in the heart of town and the staff were the friendliest I’ve met. Everything about our stay was top‑notch.

The team was super welcoming, the apartment was spacious, spotless and had a killer view. The spa area was a treat, and breakfast was both tasty and abundant. All in all, a solid stay I'd recommend.
