I had a really frustrating experience with my booking. I showed them my confirmation number, but the reception staff said they couldn't find it and tried to upsell me to a more expensive room. I was not happy about it and didn't appreciate the 7-day policy. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The staff were super friendly, which was a plus. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a short walk from the subway and high-speed rail stations, and they provided free bottled water. However, when I checked in, it seemed like they had no record of my reservation, and I ended up being charged more than I expected. To make matters worse, they didn't have any change on hand, which made it hard to pay with cash. Oh, and I found a weird pink flyer stuck in my door - not cool.
