The location right by the lake is great; you have direct access to the lake behind the pool. Guests can also use a paddleboat. All rooms have a balcony with a table and two chairs. A shared kitchen is available with all necessary equipment. Restaurants are within walking distance, and there are two small supermarkets nearby. Kaufland is close, offering coin‑operated washing machines and dryers. The rooms are clean and functional, with a fridge and TV.

The staff are attentive, and having parking is a plus. In our room the air conditioner didn’t work, and in the morning the outlets stopped working, which was an issue because we had a mini‑fridge… maybe we were just unlucky.
