The experience was awful; staff were unresponsive and inattentive. The app promised a 3‑star hotel with Wi‑Fi and free breakfast, yet none of those were delivered. Sheets hadn’t been washed and bathrooms were dirty, while water from neighboring rooms leaked into the corridors. Receptionists were busy playing PUBG and ignored basic requests for towels and dental kits. No breakfast arrived. This warning is for travelers, not the management—avoid this place. *Rating: -3/5*

We left the lodge almost immediately after checking in, even after paying, and moved to another accommodation. The place was poorly maintained, stank, and was the worst in every respect.
