“Nothing good, Very Bad experience”

Everything was terrible; there was nothing good about the place and the experience was very bad.

Good for one or two persons to stay. 1.No water bowl for brushing teeth 2. the location for charging plug should be located near to bed 3. The location of the aircond can be improved to be nearer to bed so it would be colder a bit

“Overall the service was very sucks and below expectation.”

The hotel is a bit far from attractions and the room was just a standard one; we stayed 4 days and 3 nights and the toilet always smelled. I asked staff to clean the room but they never did, and when I requested a new towel they said no. On the first day we checked in at 3 pm, a young staff member was rude, claimed our name wasn’t on the booking list, and made us wait almost an hour even though we’d booked two weeks earlier and had personally confirmed the reservation with the hotel. The staff said the old manager had resigned, which is why our name was missing. I asked to see the new manager but they said he was at another branch and we couldn’t see him until the last day. Overall the service was awful and below expectations; I hope they improve in the future.
