“Eigentümer will Kohle machen, lieblos”
The overall impression of the house, including the lobby, was a disaster. The front door was broken, the lobby was dirty, and garbage piled up in front of the window on the courtyard side, clearly there for months. Inside the apartment the bathroom was very nice, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped, but basic cleanliness was lacking: spiders, dust.
The device was fine, but the entrance to the residential building was dirty, there was a sewage smell in the flat, and the humidity level in the apartment was high.
“Mooi en ruim appartement welke nog betaalbaar was in de buurt van Dortmund tijdens EURO2024”
We stayed here during the England‑Netherlands match for the Euro semi‑finals. It’s a nice, clean, and spacious apartment, roughly an hour away by public transport from Dortmund. We only met friendly people nearby, and there’s a large supermarket within walking distance with a nice coffee bar.
“Nie mehr wieder !!”
The location next to the clinic was perfect, and the host was reachable by phone. But the entire apartment was filthy: none of the beds were freshly made, all towels had been used, the kitchen table was dirty, the floor was soiled and even insects were present. At 23 o’clock there was noise in the hallway. I was very disappointed – never again! The trash can in the kitchen hadn’t been emptied. The apartment looked exactly as it had when the previous guests left, with no preparation for the next guest.
“In zentrake”
The place is centrally located and offers good value for money. However, the apartment door doesn’t close properly; the lock was probably about to fail, so the door opened on the first night – this needs urgent repair. There are also missing shelves for items like shower gel or a bedside table. Induction cooktops are not typical for holiday rentals; they’re safer, but my espresso machine didn’t work on them.
