The hotel is good, with a great location, a varied and tasty breakfast, and the room I stayed in with my family had air conditioning and a TV. However, the reception staff were not present; we had to search for someone to hand us the room key several times. No soap was available, and during check‑in no ID was requested. I was traveling with a child and they didn't even ask for her birth certificate to confirm she was my daughter, which seemed somewhat irresponsible.

Location, cleanliness, and service were good. The stairs, lack of a pool, and price were drawbacks.

The service and hospitality were welcoming, with a 24‑hour reception and cordial staff, and the location was excellent. The mattress and pillow were hard; I didn't mention it, but the pillow issue could have been addressed.
