Breakfast was good and the space was a nice authentic setting, tidy. The building is very noisy. Almost no storage space – you live out of your suitcase. (Unpaid) parking space is hard to find or far away (> 1 km).

Arrival was very organized with secure access. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Great spot to explore Ponte Delgada, even without a car. Breakfast could have featured fresher items. The bedroom door seals were lacking in sound and light insulation.

The place is very well situated, the large room is clean, breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options, and free parking is easily accessible.
