The apartment offered a great view, but the neighbors were constantly noisy and kept moving furniture all the time.

The only thing that mattered was the proximity to the beach, yet the apartment itself looked like the photos but didn't meet our needs; there was no natural light in the bedroom or kitchen and the windows couldn't be opened to ventilate. The location was not ideal—everything was far away, and to experience Bari you’d have to take a bus and the stop was a bit off the road. We won’t use this place again; we prefer something closer to the center.

The location was good, but a lot of ants would crawl into the apartment at night.

The place was very well situated for beachgoers, right on the shore, and we could rent a SUP or try other water activities; loungers and a parasol were available, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room lacked cutlery—no knife, fork, or even a tea spoon.

The location is superb and the self‑check‑in/out worked smoothly. The apartment, however, falls far short of “deluxe” expectations: the windows are so dirty you can’t see the sea, likely never cleaned since the building was erected; the front door couldn’t close without force because the lock is neglected, and the kitchen balcony door was completely broken. The bathroom is only reachable from the bedroom, its door squeaks loudly at night, and the hotel‑style card we received only once made sharing electricity impossible—one group had to leave without a card and later knock on those who stayed. The balcony was unbearably smelly and hot, probably from faulty AC fans, and the kitchen was missing basics like spoons, sponges, dish soap, and recycling bags; the coffee machine was broken initially. After we complained, they supplied spoons and a new coffee maker, but we still had to buy most items ourselves. Two nights before departure, the bedroom blinds finally broke, so we couldn’t close or lift them without a squeaky, rusty noise. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment unless it receives proper maintenance; it’s not worth the price and is much worse than other Bari options.
