“糟糕terrible！ugly service the kitchen staff!”
The service attitude was terrible, and at breakfast they rudely stopped us from eating; we wondered if there was discrimination against Asians. No bottled water was provided. The soundproofing was bad, and it was very noisy outside at night. There was no elevator, no access card, just an old-fashioned key. There was no bedside light switch, making it extremely inconvenient to turn the lights on and off. Only one charging outlet was available, so two people couldn't charge their devices at the same time.
Being only a few hundred metres from the metro and right near the airport bus stop was convenient, but the room was small and didn’t match the listed size; placed on the ground floor without a stairwell, its windows faced the street, so traffic and passing conversations could be heard at any hour.
Great breakfast and a convenient spot, but the room was dirty, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and I could hear pipes leaking. One window faced a shared interior corridor where other guests were shouting and smoking, and there were no quiet hours. The sofa was very uncomfortable and bent.
