The neighborhood is charming and conveniently close to public transport. Horizon offered the best value with breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hours. No issues.

The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly, the housekeeping did a great job, and the lobby porters were also very useful. We'll come back to Shanghai for another visit. The Horizon Club team worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. No complaints.

The location, gym, and room were good. The breakfast was really mediocre for the price, and the front desk ladies were quite unpleasant—no greeting, no smile, they yank your room card to scan it. Overall not friendly.

Excellent spot right next to a big mall and subway. Breakfast was good with a great city view. The breakfast area is cramped for the number of guests, so lines can get long, and the staff don’t speak English, making requests at reception a bit tough.
