Desorganização total no check-in

The location was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. The building was very old, the elevators were broken, and the bed was old and uncomfortable.
Helen·Há 5 dias
The location was decent. The parking and elevator were problematic.
Roberto·Há 5 dias
The location was fine. The elevators, coffee, cleaning, and bathrooms were all poor.
Everaldo·Há 5 dias
The location was good. The check‑in was delayed, the staff were unprepared, our room was dirty when we arrived, the power outlet wires were exposed, and the air‑conditioner didn’t work.
