The staff were very friendly and family‑like. Everything was super clean, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely. The location was very quiet, pure relaxation, and still only 15 minutes from Rimini and San Marino. Nothing to complain about.

We arrived after a simple trip, parked a few steps from the house, and were greeted by a pleasant and smiling owner of a family pension. The beautiful stone house has a photogenic entrance that radiates history, and easy stairs lead to the floor. The interior blends history with modern solutions—slightly plastered stone walls, massive beams, and behind amazing petaled doors a walk‑in shower, a beautiful sink, high‑quality toilet, a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, a small fridge, a 32” Smart TV on the wall, fast and stable Wi‑Fi, stylish lighting by the beds, charging sockets, a wall hook for glasses—super. The double bed was a bit narrower than expected (160 cm) but comfortable, with a medium‑firm mattress, nice sheets, a set of pillows. The house and surroundings were quiet, the air conditioning was silent, and we slept great. Breakfast was a generous buffet; the best were scrambled eggs, pancakes, homemade pastries, and excellent cappuccino. We spent the day in the garden with fresh lawn and a magical panoramic view of vineyards and olive groves, a shaded jacuzzi, a pool on the terrace, plenty of loungers, umbrellas, tables, all in perfect condition, everywhere clean and pleasant. The place is ideal for a holiday, all day calm and quiet, which we value most, excellent relaxation, soft background music, a family atmosphere where we felt good, friendly and smiling staff, yet private, excellent… we really liked it and definitely recommend it.

Thanks to Flavia and her wonderful family for the warm welcome during our stay at b&b verdeolivo. The location is magical among the golden hills of Coriano. Highly recommended for anyone looking for hilltop peace yet still close to the sea, and for super friendly hosts!
