We’ve been staying at this large resort hotel for the past three years to attend a cycling event. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was a bit worn and had a tobacco smell that surprised us. Two lights didn’t work, and the room clearly needs an upgrade.

Overall it’s very good; we always stay when the Gran Fondo Contador is happening and everything’s fine. The staff is usually excellent, but this year I can’t give a good rating. We came with a baby, and in the lobby there was a glasses‑wearing man who answered terribly, with bad vibes, and refused to make us a French omelette for the baby. It’s a shame because the other staff are all 10/10. We also saw poor responses from staff to other guests. I hope he learns to leave his bad manners at home; neither his colleagues nor the guests deserve his bad mood and lack of empathy. The rest of the staff are 10/10.

Yes. The only issue was not being told that the breakfast location had changed, so we had to go outside next to the pool, which was full of puddles; a sign outside the elevators indicating the new breakfast spot would have been enough.

It’s noisy with loud, small kids! The breakfast room feels like a chilled gym, and you have to wait minutes in line for a coffee from the machine.
