There was a huge dumpster on the 3rd floor packed to the brim with trash, and a mouse ran across it; everything was awful.

Couldn’t tell you since it was overbooked. No room available even though I reserved 2 days ahead

I was double‑billed! Please call me to confirm the reversal of the charges for the Woburn Mass satay from July 14‑July 20. Peggy, 978‑729‑4811. I was double‑billed and need that corrected.

I slept comfortably in a well‑equipped room, and the staff were helpful when I arrived. However, the fitted sheets didn’t stay in the corners, and the housekeeper knocked on my door before the checkout time.
